- Abstract This dataset was created under a sub grant agreement with the NM Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management
(DHSEM) by the Earth Data Analysis Center (EDAC) at the University of New Mexico. It was created by combining multiple data
sources including USGS NHD, existing linework from the NM Office of the State Engineer, Aerial image and DEM digitizing, and
contributions from local irrigation districts.
