Data Quality Information

Attribute Accuracy Report
Report Attributes were entered manually and are approximate center points for each frame. Use of file as reference only.
Quantitative Attribute Accuracy Assessment
Attribute Accuracy Value
Attribute Accuracy Explanation
Horizontal Positional Accuracy Report
Report The points in the layer represent the center of aerial photo image tiles. The points were generated from Aerial Photo Mosaic Indices using ArcGIS and should fall very near the center of each image tile.
Quantitative Horizontal Positional Accuracy Assessment
Horizontal Positional Accuracy Value
Horizontal Positional Accuracy Explanation
Logical Consistency Report No checks for logical consistency were made.
Completeness Report The aerial photo project does not cover the entire state. Typically, coverage is of watersheds, soil erosion districts, and other areas where projects relating to soil conservation were carried out.
Lineage
Process Step
Process Description Aerial photo mosaics were scanned at 600 dpi using a Xerox scanner. The image was georeferenced using ERDAS Imagine and were compressed using Enhanced Compressed Wavelet (ECW) with a 1:15 compression.
